5. RETURNS All returns must be made postage paid to our facilities. Those products that indicate "Under special order" are exempt from being able to be returned.    To accept any return, in addition to the above, the shipment must keep the original packaging in perfect condition as well as a copy of the purchase invoice. Any product that has been installed in a vehicle or has an appearance that does not allow its subsequent sale will not be accepted.   Products Under Special Order are understood: Custom made shock absorbers in both dimensions and setting.  Returns must be made within a period not exceeding 14 calendar days from receipt of the merchandise with prior notice. A return number will be provided to you. Returns will be made postage paid by the customer and the material must keep the original packaging and provide the original invoice. Once the merchandise has been received, CIBEX 4x4 SL will proceed to examine it.  Returns will not be accepted in the following cases: Lack of original packaging Lack of prior notice or return number. Products that have been assembled and do not present any defect or lack.  Products that are sent postage due.
