VALVING: Extremely progressive behavior thanks to the double valving in piston and bottom valve. In the CBX45 model, the valving on the mono-tube piston is carried out by means of the reliable and progressive system combining parts of mono-tube and twin-tube shock absorbers that provide resistance to high temperatures while maintaining intact the benefits.
STEM: Made of 20 mm diameter SK75 hard chrome steel
GUIDE: in oil bath made of sintered steel. It has a hydraulic brake.
BODY: made of 70mm diameter calibrated aluminum with high impact resistance. Competition lapped inner tube. Fully repairable and modifiable base.
BUSHINGS: Made of PULAG pure polyurethane with different hardnesses available depending on the application and type of anchorage.
ANCHORS: Reinforced, oversized and manufactured by hand in ST52 or F1 steel depending on the application.
COMPRESSION STOP: Made of Vulkolan, it acts like a synthetic spring.
OIL: low density, competition quality with special anti-foam additives.
GAS: Nitrogen gas charge through the stem.
APPLICATIONS: Designed for commercial vehicles, armored personal protection vehicles, military vehicles, LRPV's and overlanding vehicles. Tested on vehicles up to 20 tons.
