These are the data of our online sales system compatible with the new GDPR law:

We process personal data of website visitors and customers on our website and in emails.

We collect and process personal data to fulfill orders, including names, contact details, address details and payment details. We also collect data through cookies and similar tracking technologies to monitor visitor behavior on our website and in emails, so that we can improve the visitor experience on our website and in emails, for example by making recommendations of suitable products. We also use personal data collected for legitimate business purposes.

We use Santu Pty Ltd as a processor to collect customer data on our behalf. We use 4B as a processor to process payments on our behalf. We use various Couriers as processors to ship products on our behalf. We use Google Analytics to track traffic on our website. We use Constant Contact as a processor to send and track marketing emails.

5. Returns must be made within a period not exceeding 14 calendar days from receipt of the merchandise prior notice. You will be provided with a return number. Returns will be made postage paid by the customer and the material must keep the original packaging and provide the original invoice. Once the merchandise is received, CIBEX 4x4 SL will proceed to examine it.

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
Lack of original packaging
Lack of prior notice or return number.
Products that have been assembled and do not present any defect or fault.

Products that are sent postage due.

6. WARRANTIES

The following warranty conditions are exclusive for ZS45 and ZS45 SMOOTH shock absorbers, excluding shock absorbers for military applications and armored vehicles.

Warranty extension: ZS shock absorbers are guaranteed against any manufacturing and assembly defect for a period of 24 months, extendable to another 24 with each revision carried out in our facilities.

Exclusion of the guarantee: shock absorbers intended for competition and events/orientation tests, resistance or regularity are excluded from this guarantee, as well as those that are installed in prototype vehicles, those not installed in an authorized workshop (see list), those in which that elevation is greater than 60 mm.

The guarantees will be processed by sending the shock absorbers postage paid and in clean conditions that allow mechanical work to our facilities, being ZS SUSPENSION (CIBEX 4X4 S.L.) the only authorized technical service with the power to determine the guarantees.

Those shock absorbers that have suffered both compression and extension stops are not covered by the guarantee. In the cases in which there is or has been a failure in any part or assembly, the shock absorber must be sent immediately, ZS SUSPENSION not taking responsibility for damages suffered in / by the shock absorber caused by not having sent it immediately and thus making the shock absorber is working improperly. Likewise, those products installed improperly, those with a lack of maintenance, damage caused by collisions, modifications, those products that have been abused and erroneous requests for measurements or references are also out of warranty.

ZS SUSPENSION reserves the right to modify or change any of its products as well as features without prior notice.

The following are exempt from guarantee: anodized and galvanized due to being subjected to environmental conditions beyond our control.

Once the shock absorbers are received, they will be examined to see if a guarantee is applicable. If it is not appropriate, the client must pay for the necessary work and tests carried out.

7. Prices.
The prices of this rate are understood to be expressed in €uros and VAT included as established in current regulations for natural or legal persons residing in Member States of the European Union. For those residing in non-EU countries, or community areas exempt from VAT, there is the option in the shopping cart to eliminate the amount corresponding to VAT (21%).

The selling company CIBEX 4x4 SL will not be in any case responsible for the veracity of the data indicated by the client for the VAT exemption in the case of being a resident of the European Union in an exempt zone and/or in the case of being a professional . This responsibility will always fall on the buyer who must respond to the Tax Agency.

8. Order cancellation.

In the event that an order has not been served by CIBEX 4x4 SL and the client wishes to cancel it or part of it, CIBEX 4x4 SL reserves the right to charge 20% of the amount of the same as expenses incurred. This assumption will be applied for orders of products under special order (see section 5). In any case, all order cancellations must be made in writing to info@zs-suspension.com and all data must be identical to that provided in the purchase order.


9. Articles.
The articles shown in this list (as well as their characteristics) can be modified or canceled due to market requirements or for reasons of force majeure on the part of the manufacturers, so that in no case will CIBEX 4x4 SL be responsible for it.


10. Delivery period.
Most of the products are stocked in our warehouses, except for those with minimal demand in Spain and the rest of Europe, such as shock absorbers from the ZS45 and ZS45RS series, since they are assembled to suit the client.

In any case, CIBEX 4x4 SL undertakes to deliver orders for other products within the deadlines stipulated by law, except in cases of force majeure and those for products indicated in point 5.

CIBEX 4x4 SL will process orders as quickly as possible, not being responsible for any maximum date on which the client plans a trip, event or any delivery or installation date.

11. Transportation
The transport of the orders will be carried out by the company and service that CIBEX 4x4 SL deems appropriate and does not include customs expenses, taxes or import duties or insurance. Once the merchandise is collected by the transport company, the selling company will be exonerated from any responsibility. 12. Partial shipments
The selling company CIBEX 4x4 SL reserves the right to partially send orders or not. In any case in which the client wants the partial shipment of an order and the selling company does not deem it appropriate, the client must bear the cost of shipping the remaining material of the order.

The client has the right to cancel the material pending shipment of an order that has been partially served. To do this, you must request the cancellation by as indicated in point 8.

13. Claims for transport damage
Once the merchandise is received, the client has the obligation to declare directly to the transport company within a period not exceeding 24 hours, any lack or breakage. Once this period has elapsed, CIBEX 4x4 S.L. will not be responsible.

14. Photographs
The photographs on this website will never be considered contractual.

All products marked as liquidation offer neither guarantee nor possibility of return. Because the products are liquidated by other means, it is possible that when you place your order, the product is out of stock. In these cases, no charges will be made to the credit card and it will be destroyed. In the event that we have part of the products on clearance, CIBEX 4x4 will calculate the shipping costs for the products in stock and proceed to ship them.
